We built Antela because we kept seeing the same problem: CRE professionals are extraordinarily good at their craft—and extraordinarily burdened by manual work that has nothing to do with it.
After 25+ years building enterprise platforms at Workday, Apple, and Paylocity, it became clear that commercial real estate had never gotten the platform it deserved. Brokers were running billion-dollar deal pipelines on email threads, PDFs, and spreadsheets stitched together with willpower. Every listing required recreating the same information from scratch. Every broker carried institutional knowledge in their head—and when they left, it left with them.
